Tell us where the business actually stands
Licence type, roughly how many transactions a month, what systems you use, and how far behind you are. That is enough for a straight answer and a fixed quote.
The fastest way to get a useful answer is to tell us four things: what licence you hold, roughly how many transactions a month, what systems you are on, and how far behind you are — if at all. That is enough for us to tell you what you are obliged to do and to quote a fixed monthly fee.

What to send if you are a retailer
The turnover clause from your lease, three months of POS reports and your last VAT return. From those three documents we can usually tell you whether you are declaring turnover correctly, whether your VAT return reconciles to your sales, and what your real occupancy cost ratio is — which is a more useful first conversation than a general enquiry.
What to send if your books are behind
Just tell us roughly how far and what exists — bank statements, a previous set of accounts, any filed returns. We do not need it tidied up first; assessing the mess is part of the scoping, and we would rather see it as it is. See catch-up bookkeeping.
Twenty minutes, no proposal document, no obligation. If the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will tell you what to do instead.
Contact — frequently asked questions
Licence type and emirate or free zone; approximate monthly transaction volume; the payment channels you use; whether you hold stock; headcount for payroll; the systems you are on; and the current state of the records. That is enough to scope ongoing work and quote a fixed monthly fee, usually within a couple of days. Where a catch-up is needed, we will want to see what records exist before pricing that part.
No. The first conversation is twenty minutes, free and without obligation — and if the conclusion is that you do not need an accountant yet, or that what you need is smaller than you thought, we will say so. It is a better use of both parties' time than a proposal document neither of us wanted to produce.
Twenty minutes, no charge
And a straight answer about what you actually need — including, sometimes, that you do not need us yet.
