Where we work

Your emirate and free zone decide your licensing, your renewal and whether the 0% Corporate Tax rate is even available. They do not change the federal tax position at all.

Same VAT and CT rules everywhere

Where you are licensed changes your renewal requirements, your audit obligations and — for free zone entities — whether the 0% Corporate Tax rate is available at all. What it does not change is the federal position: VAT and Corporate Tax are identical in all seven emirates.

Locations — frequently asked questions

Does my emirate or free zone change my tax position?

Not the federal position. VAT at 5% with an AED 375,000 registration threshold, and Corporate Tax at 0% and 9% with a nine-month filing deadline, apply identically across all seven emirates and all free zones. What changes with location is licensing cost and conditions, renewal requirements, whether an audit is required for renewal, and — for free zone entities only — whether the 0% rate on qualifying income is available as a Qualifying Free Zone Person.

Do you need to be in the same emirate as us?

No. Accounting is cloud-based and documents flow digitally, so proximity adds very little. What matters is knowledge of the UAE regime, of your particular free zone's requirements, and of your sector. We act for clients across all seven emirates from a single team.

How do we get started?

Tell us the licence type, roughly how many transactions a month, what systems you use and where things currently stand. From that we can scope the work and quote a fixed monthly fee, usually within a couple of days. If the books are behind, we scope and price the catch-up separately so you can see both numbers before deciding.

Licensed somewhere we haven't listed?

We act across all seven emirates and every major free zone. Tell us the licence and we will tell you what it requires.
