A named person who knows your business. For most engagements that is Ahmed Nabil Selim, who manages delivery and reviews the work before it leaves the firm. Escalation goes to the partner leading your relationship rather than to a support queue — which is a deliberate constraint on how many clients the firm takes on.
Yes. May Wong leads the group's China Desk and is a native Mandarin speaker, so Chinese-language engagements — including management reporting a principal in China can read directly — are handled bilingually. Ahmed and Khalil work in Arabic. That matters more than it sounds for a business whose owner and whose accountant otherwise discuss the numbers through a third language.
