Levent brings more than 17 years of corporate, financial services and transactional experience, and an operator's perspective from a portfolio of more than ten companies.
Levent is a Founding Partner of the Neo group, with extensive Australian and international experience representing public and private clients in corporate, commercial and financial-services matters. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, financial services and capital raisings, with more than 17 years' practice.
He has led M&A transactions and fundraisings ranging from A$20 million to over A$150 million, advising founders, boards and institutional sponsors through the full transaction lifecycle. Beyond the group he is Founder and Board Director of Twenty3 Sport and Entertainment, and oversees a portfolio of more than ten companies across technology, funds management, energy and property.
