May leads the Neo group's China Desk, providing fully bilingual EN / 中文 service to Chinese corporates, capital and family groups operating in the UAE. For Neo Finance that means accounting, reporting and tax compliance delivered in Mandarin where the client prefers it — including management reporting a principal in China can read without translation.
Her practice covers UAE market entry, joint-venture structuring, family office establishment in DIFC and ADGM, holding-company architecture, and the full bilingual contract lifecycle. She also advises digital-economy founders and creators on UAE structuring and tax residency planning, and founded and operates her own Web3 venture, which gives her a principal's perspective on the businesses she advises.
Chinese-owned trading businesses are a substantial part of the UAE retail and wholesale landscape — including at Dragon Mart — and May is the point of contact for those engagements.
